Who’s training you?
Labor & Management Strategies provides this training from the perspective of one of the unions’ most successful negotiators. Frank Ricci served as a union official for over 16 years, winning two terms as President of New Haven Fire Fighters. He has worked with and against numerous department heads and labor directors and was rated by UnionTrack as one of the top 20 labor advocates to follow on Twitter. Frank was also lead plaintiff in the landmark Supreme Court case Ricci v. DeStefano.
